    Two of the three solvers quoting Zcash paused fills while their shielded wallets resynced after a node upgrade. The remaining solver covered small quotes; larger ones timed out before acceptance, so no deposit was taken that could not be filled.

    What changed: Solvers now announce maintenance windows to the router, which caps quote size ahead of time instead of after the fact.

      Zcash deliveries are running 3-4x slower than quoted. Other routes are unaffected.

    2. Identified

      Two solvers are resyncing after a node upgrade. We have capped quote size so every accepted swap can be filled by live capacity.

      Both solvers are back in sync and filling. The backlog of 14 swaps has delivered.

    A mempool fee spike pushed next-block fees above the band solvers had priced into Bitcoin quotes. Solvers kept filling at the quoted amount but broadcast at lower fee rates, so payouts took two to three extra blocks to confirm.

    What changed: Bitcoin quotes now re-price against live mempool fees on every 15s refresh.

      Mempool fees spiked past the solver fee band. Payouts are broadcast and confirming, just later than usual.

    Our primary Robinhood Chain RPC provider started answering eth_call in 3-6s instead of under 100ms. Quotes loaded slowly for every route until failover moved traffic to the secondary provider. No swaps failed.

    What changed: Failover now triggers at 1.5s p95 over 30s, down from 4 minutes of sustained errors.

      Primary RPC provider is degraded. Traffic is shifting to the secondary.

    A relayer backlog on the canonical bridge delayed batch posting out of Robinhood Chain. Deposits were safe the whole time and new quotes showed the longer ETA up front. 212 swaps completed late; none needed a refund.

    What changed: We added a second relayer path and an ETA guard that widens quotes as soon as the exit queue grows.

    TON liteservers used by solvers stopped returning account state, so payouts could not be verified. We disabled TON as a destination within three minutes; no new swaps were accepted to it during the window.

    What changed: Solvers now read TON state from two independent liteserver pools.

      Upstream liteservers are not returning account state. Six in-flight swaps are held, not lost.

    Liquidity in the TSLA/USDG pool thinned during a rebalance at US market open, and large TSLA swaps breached the 0.5% default slippage. Those swaps refunded to their Robinhood Chain refund address automatically, all within four minutes.

    What changed: Quotes now check live pool depth and suggest a split before slippage can breach min received.
